Refund Policy & Order Cancellation
At CAI, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that plans may change and you may need to cancel an order or subscription. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations within this period will receive a full refund without any penalty.
After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, products may be returned according to the Return Policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Monthly Subscription
Customers must notify CAI at least 7 days before the next billing date. Cancellation after this period will become effective in the next billing cycle.
Annual Subscription
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund. After 30 days no partial refund will be applicable.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation Procedure
- Contact CAI support team.
- Provide order number, customer name and reason for cancellation.
- Await confirmation email regarding refund details.
5. Exceptions
Promotional products purchased through offers, sales or discount codes may have different refund conditions and may not qualify for cancellation.
